Skincare tips for Guys!

There's only one reason why men have separate skincare "needs" and that's because most of you are lazy and have an innate fear of seeming "girly". Since you are reading this, you are wise and mature enough to know the difference between being womanly and caring for the largest organ of your body. Congrats! You're well on your way to making girls swoon over you! I won't drag it out too much, but there are some things you need to know and incorporate into your daily routine...

> Wash your face twice a day. Wash your face in the morning to rid it of the night's slick build-up and again in the evening to remove dirt, debris and sweat. You don't want to end up looking like this...

> Splash your face with cold water after washing it. This tightens your pores (the little holes in you skin).

> Don't touch your face! At all... Not to wipe the sweat off your brow; not to pop a pimple; not to rub your chin in thought!

> Hydrate your skin. Drink lots of water and apply a thin layer of moisturizer after every face wash. This is very important! Dry skin = body tries to combat dryness by producing more sebum (oil) = oily/shiny skin = pimples, blackheads, enlarged pores, etc.
If you don't want to look shiny because of a rich cream, try an aloe vera gel that is made for topical use during the day.

> Get out there! Stoip being a couch potato and go for a walk - sweat it out a bit and let your skin absorb some oxygen. This aids circulation in the skin, giving you a healthy glow and a fast skin metabolism.

> Sleep is more important than you think. Your skin turns over in your sleep, so do your best to get your full 8 hours of sleep.

> Stop eating junk! You can't live from pizza and burgers. Eat less oil and fat, and more veggies! You are what you eat.

And that, gentlemen, is all. It's a non-fussy, non-"girly" method of taking care of your skin. Remember perfect skin won't flap over your body over night, so be patient. Follow these simple tips religiously and your skin will improve within 4-6weeks.

Good luck! Soon enough you'll have great skin just like Leeteuk up there^
